Sandy Townsend 

Qualifications: NCCP level 3; IRB Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, Rugby Canada Learning Facilitator, Introduction to Competition  

Bio: Aurora Barbs U-18 Boys 14 season. His coaching resume includes teams in Quebec and across the province of Ontario. In 2013, Sandy captured his first U-18 Ontario Championship as a coach. His experience includes Head Coach of the Toronto Rugby Union U18 Team at the Ontario Summer Games in 2004, Head Coach of the Ontario Rugby Union U21 team, as well he coached Toronto Rugby 7’s to a Gold at the Rugby Ontario Interbranch Sevens in 2013. Currently he is the assistant coach of the Seneca College 


Ryan Stickle

Qualifications: NCCP Introduction to Competition, World Rugby Level 2 Match Official, World Rugby Level 1 Sevens, Standard First Aid-CPR-AED  


Head Coach- Seneca Sting Men's Rugby, Club Coach - Aurora Barbarians 
Bio: Ryan Stickle has been a coaching for Aurora Barbarians for 4 years. In his first year of coaching Stickle help led our U-18 Boys to their first Ontario Championship in over 10 years. In 2015 he joined Steve Shortly with our Men's Program and help our 1st XV to a 4th place finish and our 2nd XV to a 3rd place finish. In 2015, Ryan took over coaching duties at Seneca College helping them rebuild their program and also opened up Advantage Rugby to help develop players in the 905/416 area.
